“ The way we react to any situation in our life influences our feelings, who we are and what
we'll become. We alone have the power to change our behaviours, feelings and the outcome. ”

Sidonie Decourt

Sidonie Decourt is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) in Geneva.

Sidonie is passionate about health, nutrition and cooking and has been involved in the healthcare field since 2003.

She graduated in 2006 at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition www.CSNN.ca and obtained her Certificate in Natural Nutrition (final grade 93 out of 100).

Following graduation, she conducted a program of nutritional workshops in Toronto, Canada, and started working as a Holistic Nutritionist.

In 2007 she then moved to Geneva, Switzerland, where she is still working today, doing one on one consultations. She obtained her Swiss Diploma for Holistic Nutrition at the school  Ecole de Nutrition Holistique in Geneva www.ecole-de-nutrition-holistique.ch.

In addition, she created her own nutritional workshops, combined with personal development, and is conducting them successfully at different locations in Geneva.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, she believes Body, Mind & Spirit are interconnected. "In order to feel comfort and happiness in our lives, all three must be kept in synch. Mental and bodily dis-eases are often a reflection of lifestyle imbalances."

Sidonie’s own self development has been inspired by well known authors and trainers like Louise L. Hay, Lise Bourbeau, Don Miguel Ruiz, T. Harv Eker, Dr. Barbara De Angelis, John Gray, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen (Chicken Soup for the Soul books).

By regularly attending personal development training seminars and courses at the school l’Ecole de Nutrition Holistique in Geneva, she continues to grow spiritually and professionally.

In 2011 Sidonie discovered family constellations as a client and participated regularly in constellations during whole week-ends in Switzerland, France and Belgium. To deepen, she went on a  vocational training in systemic family constellation therapy www.constellation-familiale.info. As of 2013 she also conducts family constellations at her practice. This rebalancing technique is also  part of the CIM method, see below. Since 2018 it is also possible to work transgenerational bonds with this efficient new method.

In March 2014 Sidonie participated at a healing workshop, the "Body Mirror System of Healing and Self-Knowledge", developed by Martin Brofman www.healer.ch. Since she has deepened this method. Chakra balancing is also integrated into the CIM method.

In 2017 she commits to a new vocational training, the "Causal Integrative Method", created by Valérie Clertan www.valerieclertan.com. This method is based on the body’s biofeedback, through muscle testing. Its purpose is to detect blockages at different levels and to release them effectively (among others, in using therapies such as "repeated side-to-side eye movements"). The scope of action is the psychosomatic field. Its target is to access, what is hidden behind the symptom – what triggers and nourishes it. Since 2018 Sidonie provides also "CIM" sessions at her practice in Meinier, Rive Gauche and at "CENTRE AGAPÉ" in Champel, close to the center of Geneva.
